# Find a guide in the Help Center

This video shows how to find and open a help guide.

Open the [Help Center](https://memberpress.ai/help/) when you need instructions for a task.

1.  Select **Search** in the website header. Results include pages from across memberpress.ai and the Academy, not just Help Center guides.
2.  Enter a specific word, such as **sync**.
3.  Read the result titles and summaries, then open the matching guide.
4.  Check the article’s title and updated date before following its steps.

In the guide you open, use its section headings and FAQ, when available, to find the detail you need. The video opens the Syncing guide, which has those sections. A guide explains how the product works. Your account shows the current state of your own connected site.
