Ask what’s going on with your memberships, your churn, or your revenue, and it answers from your real site data, with site analyses and insights along the way. Free starts with 40 chat messages a month before referral bonuses; see [Referral bonus](https://memberpress.ai/help/referral-rewards/) for how those work. Free accounts sync on a schedule. It’s a genuine way to use MemberPress.ai on your own site — no card required to look. Connecting an AI client to your MemberPress.ai account is part of the paid tier; your site’s own endpoint has no plan requirement, so free reads happen in the app and on your site’s own endpoint. See [Using your own AI client](https://memberpress.ai/help/using-your-own-ai-client/). ## Paid — does the work The paid tier is called **Pro** in the app, and it **does the work**: it builds memberships and courses, writes drafts to your site, syncs daily, and works across every site you connect. On your site’s own endpoint, writes preview as a dry run; generated content lands as drafts; publishing and provisioning take a confirmation before they go live. Every plan has a monthly allotment. On the paid plan, when credit packages are offered, you can buy more from the plugin’s **Credits** tab in wp-admin. Some plugin AI actions in wp-admin also draw credits. See [Credits](https://memberpress.ai/help/credits/) for what each draft costs and what happens when you run out. ## Pricing - **Checking price/month, first site included.** One subscription unlocks paid for your whole account. - **Each additional connected site is Checking price/month.** The approval screen shows the charge before you agree, and it’s added to your existing subscription — prorated if you add it mid-cycle. Adding another site needs an active subscription, and a trial counts. - **Reconnecting a site is never billed again.** A site already on your account stays counted once, no matter how many times you reconnect it. - **A site counts toward your allowance as soon as its build is queued**, not just once it’s connected. A build that’s queued, running, in needs-attention (the app shows _Your build is paused_), or even one that’s failed still holds the slot until it’s released. A build you removed still counts toward your allowance until support releases its slot. You pay nothing until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. Sites you add during the trial aren’t charged until the trial converts. One trial per account. ## Managing your subscription Cancellation and card changes happen in the **billing portal**, which you open from the billing page in your MemberPress.ai account. Your payment history is on the same page. When you cancel, the portal shows the exact date your paid access ends. ## What never changes Nothing trains on your data, on either tier. Your credentials never leave your site, and there are no licence keys. New here? A build holds your slot from the moment it's queued, and a failed or stuck one keeps holding it until the slot is released. Contact support with the failed build so they can release its slot and you can start a new build.
