# Inspect diagnostic data before reporting a problem

When a screen fails in the MemberPress.ai app, **Report a problem** lets you inspect the diagnostic information before sending it to the team.

This walkthrough opens the disclosure and chooses Cancel. It sends no report.

## Inspect what is included

1.  Open the account menu and choose **Report a problem**.
2.  Read **What we send**. It lists account and site context, browser and app details, recorded errors, and recent request metadata.
3.  Expand **See the exact data this report contains** to inspect the payload.
4.  If you add a description, explain the page, action and error. Keep passwords and API keys out of it.
5.  Choose **Cancel** to leave without sending, or send only after reviewing the information you intend to share.
