# Set and update your business profile

Give Opal context about your site through the business profile in Connections. Keep those choices current as your business changes.

The walkthrough saves a synthetic Education profile, checks it after reopening, then clears the example. It ends at No profile set.

## Save and check the profile

1.  Open the account menu, choose **Connections**, then **Set profile**.
2.  Choose the industry and business type that fit your site. Add a goal if useful.
3.  Choose **Save**, then reopen **Edit profile** to check the saved choices.

The example uses **Education**, **Online courses / academy**, and the goal “Review a beginner watercolor course outline.”

## Clear an outdated example

Clear the selected industry and business type, remove the goal, and save. Check that the Connections card says **No profile set**. Reopen the profile to confirm that its selections and goal are empty.
