--- title: Personas — MemberPress.ai description: 'Personas: the kinds of membership businesses MemberPress.ai is built for.' image: https://memberpress.ai/og/personas.png url: https://memberpress.ai/personas/ --- # Personas These are the kinds of membership businesses MemberPress.ai is built for: an association, a coaching program, a course academy, a swim school, a paid newsletter and more, along with the members who use their sites. Find the owner whose business looks most like yours, then see what Opal, the MemberPress.ai assistant, does for them. ![The business owners profiled on this page: Denise Washington, Dr. Marcus Reyes, Kwame Mensah, Nadia Okafor, Priya Raman, Leilani Kahale, Tariq Haddad](https://memberpress.ai/images/personas-group.webp) ## Opal & Pip — your MemberPress.ai team You know your members better than anyone. Opal thinks, plans and talks with you. Pip, her crew, puts her drafts on your site, and a draft isn't public until you publish it. ### [Opal](https://memberpress.ai/personas/opal/) The MemberPress.ai assistant Opal sees your site the way an opal catches the light She's named for the gemstone: an opal forms slowly and shows different colours as the light moves. Opal works from your own site's numbers and the goals you've told MemberPress.ai, so as your site changes, so does what she sees. When your site doesn't have what an answer needs, she says so instead of guessing. Opal thinks, plans and talks with you; when there's a job to do, she hands it to Pip. You say what you want once, and she carries it through. After setup, a change to your memberships or rules previews as a dry run first, and new content lands in your editor as an unpublished draft. ### [Pip](https://memberpress.ai/personas/pip/) Opal's crew Pip is Opal's crew Not one helper but a crew of small, boxy robots, one Pip per job. When a draft Opal wrote goes on your site, a Pip puts it there and tells you plainly how it went. Opal plans the work; the Pips go and do it. A draft lands on your site unpublished. Ready?
