# Refund and return policy

MemberPress.ai is software and credits, so nothing is shipped or returned. Here's how refunds work.

**Free plan.** It's free, so there's nothing to refund.

**Paid plan (monthly).** You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you're unhappy with your first paid month, email us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it, minus the AI costs your account used in that time. After that, we don't refund partial months.

**Prepaid months and credit packs.** Within 14 days of purchase, we refund a prepaid month or a credit pack minus the AI costs already used from it. Credits you've already spent can't be refunded.

**Purchases made by an AI assistant for you.** These follow the same rules. Nothing is charged until a person approves the exact price. If a charge went through that you didn't approve, tell us and we'll refund it in full.

**Duplicate or mistaken charges.** If we charged you twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full, whenever you notice.

**How to ask.** Email [support@memberpress.ai](mailto:support@memberpress.ai) from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within one working day. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

**Changes.** If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. A change never applies to a purchase you made before it.
