MemberPress.ai Now Factors in Your BuddyBoss Community
BuddyBoss and BuddyPress don't handle billing, so this isn't a new connector on its own. It's an upgrade to the MemberPress or EDD connection you already have.

That gap is exactly why we didn’t stop at connecting MemberPress and EDD. A lot of the membership businesses we talk to run a community alongside their billing platform, usually BuddyBoss or BuddyPress, and the two systems have never talked to each other inside MemberPress.ai. Until now.
Why this isn’t a new connector
BuddyBoss and BuddyPress don’t process payments, issue subscriptions, or track transactions. There’s no billing data to pull, which means there’s no standalone connector to build the way there is for MemberPress or EDD. What we built instead is an enrichment layer: once your MemberPress or EDD site is already connected, MemberPress.ai now factors in your community activity on top of it.
If you don’t have a billing connection yet, this doesn’t change anything for you. Connect MemberPress or EDD first. If you do, the upgrade applies automatically.
What “factors in community activity” actually means
Once it’s active, your advisor’s picture of a member expands past their transaction history to include activity, group participation, and how recently they’ve actually shown up. We verified the connector against a real BuddyBoss Platform install, including its MemberPress Courses integration, so course engagement factors in too where it applies.
That distinction, paying versus present, is the whole point. A member who hasn’t logged in or posted in a group in two months looks very different from one who’s active daily, even if their subscription status is identical. Billing alone can’t see that difference. Community data can.
The advice gets sharper, not separate
This isn’t a second dashboard or a new thing to configure. It’s the same advisor you already have, now working from a fuller picture of who’s about to stay and who’s about to quietly disappear.
