Getting support
This article covers how to reach the MemberPress.ai team from inside the app: sending a message, reading the reply, and the other places to look for help.
Open the Support center
Open the account menu and click Support. When the team has replied to you and you haven’t read it yet, a count of unread replies shows next to Support.
The page is titled Support center: “Messages with our team, and help articles.” At the top are two buttons:
- Ask the advisor opens a chat with the advisor. Try it first for questions about your site and its data.
- + New message opens a message to the team.
Send a message
Click + New message. The form says: “We reply by email, usually within one business day.”
- Check From. It starts as your account email, and the reply goes there.
- Fill in Subject if you like. It’s optional.
- Write your Message. If the problem is about one site, include its URL.
- Wait for the security check to finish. The button reads Verifying… until it does.
- Click Send message.
If sending fails, the form shows the error above the fields. Your text stays in place and the security check runs again, so you can send it again.
Read replies
Your messages lists your messages. Each row shows Replied or Pending.
Click a row to open it. You see your message under You wrote. Once the team answers, the reply shows under We replied. While a message is still pending, it shows “In the queue.”
To answer a reply, click Reply. It appears only after the team has replied. It opens a new message with the subject and the team’s reply already filled in, so you can add your answer and send it. It is sent as a new message and shows as its own row in Your messages.
Help articles
Help and resources, on the same page, links to the help center by topic: Getting Started, Connecting Your Site, Understanding Your Data, Plans & Billing and Troubleshooting. Browse all articles opens the full list.
If a message about your site’s connection brought you here, read Connection troubleshooting first.
Report a problem
When something just broke on the screen you’re on, click Report a problem in the account menu. It opens a dialog where you can describe what went wrong, see the exact diagnostic data the report contains, and send it to the team.
If you can’t sign in
You need to be signed in to reach the Support center, so it can’t help with a sign-in problem.
For privacy requests, such as asking us to delete a problem report, email privacy@memberpress.ai. That address is for privacy requests only, not general support.
