Your dashboard
The dashboard is the fast read on one connected site: what people are buying, who is leaving, and what has come in lately. It is where a question usually starts, and the assistant is where it gets answered.
What is on it
- Memberships. Your levels, each with its billing period, price and how many members hold it, so you can see the shape of what you sell in one place.
- Members. How many are active, out of your total.
- Member churn. The rate people are leaving, over a period the card names.
- MRR. Monthly recurring revenue from subscriptions, when your billing setup gives the sync enough to measure it.
- Revenue. Purchase totals rolled up through the last sync snapshot, when billing data was available in the last sync.
- Recent transactions. The latest payments, with date, member ID, status and amount.
- Goals. What you told MemberPress.ai you are trying to do, which is what the assistant’s advice is measured against.
Read the sync state before you read the numbers
Every figure is as of the last sync, and the badge beside Sync now names where the site stands. Reconnect needed means the site’s connection stopped working; reconnect it from wp-admin. Sync failing and Sync behind mean a scheduled sync did not land; figures may be old or missing until one succeeds. When syncs are healthy, the badge reads Synced today, Synced yesterday, or Synced N days ago, or Never synced if no sync has finished yet. On Free, Monthly · prefixes every label except Synced today, because automatic syncs run once a month. A number under a failing sync is not wrong so much as old, and Syncing covers the cadence your plan gets and how to refresh.
When a card says it cannot measure something
On Member churn, the sub-line not measured means billing data was read in the last sync but the rate still could not be calculated from what your plan’s window contains. When billing was not read, the sub-line is not read in the last sync; when there is no billing ledger or mixed currencies, it says so there instead. It is not tied to how long your site has been connected; a week-old site whose billing platforms were read can show 0% when no members left in the period.
That distinction runs through the whole product: a zero means MemberPress.ai measured and found nothing, and an absent figure means it could not measure. Neither is dressed up as the other, because a fake zero is the kind of number you would act on.
More than one site
The dashboard covers one site at a time. A view across a whole portfolio is still being built, so for now switch between sites, or ask the assistant, which can answer about any site on your account and will ask which you mean.
Where to go next
Ask the assistant what a number means and what usually sits behind it. See Asking the assistant, or Connecting your site if nothing is connected yet.
FAQ
Why does Member churn say 'not measured'?
Because billing was read in the last sync but the churn rate in that snapshot was unavailable—MemberPress.ai had no calculable figure for the window your plan covers. When billing was not read, the sub-line says **not read in the last sync** instead; when there is no billing ledger or mixed currencies, the sub-line names that. **Not measured** is only the third case. A **0%** means it measured and found none; **not measured** means it could not.
Why is my dashboard empty?
Either no site is connected yet, or the first sync has not finished. The dashboard says which of the two it is.
Can I see all my sites at once?
Not yet. The dashboard shows one connected site at a time, and a view across a portfolio is still being built.
